Open your control panel, make sure it's NOT on classic view.
Click on Clock, Language, and Region.
Click on Regional and Language Options.
Go to the third tab over, Keyboards and Languages, and click Change Keyboards...
Then, on the side there will be a little button that says add...
Search through there until you find what language you want (the text i was using came with the japanese. i know it comes with chinese and korean, too)
Click the + button next to the language, and then the + button next to Keyboard.
Then check the versions you want and click on :)

I'm sure it is worth the trip :P

I think people on the forums find me annoying because I was the first few weeks I was on there. I said some pretty dumb shit.

i have vista, too. the language packs come with it, all you have to do is turn them on.
