When I'm in my twilight years, the majority of my muscle mass will have atrophied. You're confusing muscle with adipose tissue. The reason that women with large busts often have sagging flesh as they become old is because breasts are comprised of fat and other connective components. Fat increases as muscle catabolizes when we age, since testosterone production wanes. So, since muscle can't sag, I'm therefore no more susceptible to becoming "saggy" than you are - less, actually, because muscle mass increases metabolic rates for fat-burning processes.
